This is a hands-on, beginner-friendly workshop where you'll make your own sourdough from scratch—with me guiding you through every step.
No experience. No complicated equipment. No guessing.
We'll also have a snack board to enjoy during class.
By the end of the night, you'll have:
- Your own shaped sourdough loaf, ready to bake the next morning
- A jar of live sourdough starter to keep
- A simple process you can repeat at home
- A step-by-step sourdough guide with recipes and troubleshooting
- 45 days of personal email/text support after class

This is a hands-on food preparation workshop involving wheat and gluten.
Scoring tools are sharp and will be used with instruction.
