What surprised people most

"I had never even baked before. Now I'm making sourdough at home." — H.

"We had a great time—and we're both still baking." — J.

"You did more than teach us to make bread. You reminded us how beautiful it feels when people support each other." — M.

What do I bring?

Bring one large mixing bowl. That's all you'll need for class.

Skipping the Bread Kit? Bring a small bowl to proof your dough overnight. A cereal bowl works perfectly.

Someone came to mind, didn't they?

Send them the details. They might have been waiting for this too.

Still wondering?

What if my starter dies?

We'll help you get back on track—even if that means replacing it.

What if I get stuck later?

That's why you have 45 days of support. Text or email anytime you have a question.

Can I come by myself?

Absolutely. Many people do. You might even leave with new friends.

Can I ask questions during class?

Please do. Questions are how you learn. Bring all your sourdough questions.

Still have a question?

Ask us. We answer every message ourselves.
